Exterior surveillance cameras are installed and visible for the safety of guests & property (driveway & front door). Tampering, covering & disabling these cameras are grounds for early termination of reservation with no refunds. There are no cameras indoors, on the lanai or backyard.
Checkout Instructions:
-Checkdresser drawers for personal belongings.
-Gather used towels.
-Load and start the dishwasher; no dirty dishes in the sink.
-Rinse off sand before entering, and clean up any that gets inside right away.
-Leave slept-in beds unmade; do not strip the beds.
-Ensure the trash is taken out. Pick up is Mondays for both, regular trash (green lid) and recycling (yellow lid).
-Turn offutilities.
-Lock up; make sure to closewindows and doors.
-Please treat my home with care and keep it as tidy as you would your own.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
